Halo Infinite Multiplayer has a few issues preventing players from launching the game or connecting to the server. One issue frequently occurring at launch is Xbox players getting a blue screen when launching the game.
Luckily, there is a fix for the blue screen at launch on Xbox. Most likely, Halo Infinite did not download correctly. Restart your Xbox by long-pressing the Xbox logo on the console. Once restarted, Halo Infinite should start downloading again, this time with the correct download.
Halo Infinite is a 25+ GB download, but many times, only the 250 MB license is downloaded without the actual game. Check to make sure that the 25+ GB version is the one that is downloading.
The other issue players are running into is server issues. Many players are trying to access the game, so the servers may have trouble getting players connected. This issue does not have an exact fix, but players can check server status at Halo Waypoint or try reconnecting after a little bit of a wait.
For now, it seems like PC players are not encountering the blue screen but have been subject to server issues. Some PC players have reported issues with gameplay, which may be fixed by turning graphics settings down.
