Halo Infinite released a portion of the game in mid-Nov. 2021, much to players’ surprise. While several modes are available now for players, some modes, like Forge, are missing. When will Forge, the level building multiplayer mode, make its debut in Halo Infinite?
Halo Infinite Multiplayer’s Forge update will launch at some point in 2022. While there is no official date for this upcoming update, 343 Industries has stated that it will come after the first season of Halo Infinite ends. Season 1: Heroes of Reach runs from Nov. 15, 2021, to May 2, 2022. Given what we know, Forge will release in the second half of 2022.

Forge is arguably one of the most significant portions of the Halo multiplayer experience. Forge allows players to create their map variations and modes that other players can participate in. sgicntmThe team at 343 Industries knows that players are eagerly awaiting this but delayed this aspect to ensure that Forge functions as intended.
While Forge isn’t currently available in Halo Infinite, players can participate in the Multiplayer Beta free of charge on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and the campaign for Halo Infinite launches Dec. 9, 2021.
