All Astronomy Table Locations in Hogwarts Legacy

It's a beautiful night to look at some stars!

Much like the Merlin Trials in Hogwarts Legacy, the Astronomy Tables are spread around the map and require a quick little puzzle to solve. Completing all of them can provide you with some unique rewards and XP for your character. So what is the writing in the stars saying? Here's how to solve all of them and collect your rewards.

Where to find All Astronomy Tables in Hogwarts Legacy

There are 15 Astronomy Tables in total, but the first one you automatically complete with the help of Amit during your Astronomy Class. You must have your first Astronomy Class finished in order to begin solving the tables. The rest of them are spread around the World for you to find. You'll have to wait until night to solve them. You can change the time by opening your map menu and pressing in the right stick of your controller. Here are all the Astronomy Table locations in Hogwarts Legacy:

Hogwarts North Exit

The first Astronomy Table is technically still on Hogwarts grounds. You can reach it by taking the Hogwarts North Exit Floo and then hopping on your broom and flying along the wall till you come to an outer wall area where the table is sitting.

San Bakar's Tower

This Astronomy Table is just outside of San Bakar's Tower. You may have spotted it as you were completing your main quests. You can get to it by using the San Bakar Tower Floo and heading up the hill toward the tower. It is just off to the right side of the entrance.

Upper Hogsfield

You can get to this table by taking the Upper Hogsfield Floo and flying to the west.

Forbidden Forest

This Astronomy Table is on the outskirts of the Forbidden Forest, just north of Hogwarts. You can get there by taking the Forbidden Forest Floo and heading southwest.

West Forbidden Forest

You can find this Astronomy Table in the midst of the Forbidden Forest just south of San Bakar's Tower. To get there easily, take the West Forbidden Forest Floo and head southeast.

Brocburrow

The easiest way to get to this Astronomy Table is to take the Floo Flame to Brocburrow and head southwest onto the hill on the outskirts of the hamlet.

Keensbridge

This Astronomy Table is just across the river from Keensbridge. Take the Keensbridge Floo Flame and head across the bridge toward the southeast. The table is located inside the ruins, which is also an Ancient Magic hotspot.

North Feldcroft

Take the Floo Flame to North Felcroft and head southwest to find this Astronomy Table.

South Feldcroft

Further down, closer to Feldcroft, you'll find another Astronomy Table just north of the South Feldcroft Floo Flame.

South Poidsear Coast

In the southern region of the World Map, you can find an Astronomy Table to the southeast of the South Poidsear Floo Flame, below the hill.

Marunweem Lake/Coastal Mine

You can find this Astronomy Table just east of the Marunweem Lake and south of the Coastal Mine Floo Flame.

South Clagmar Coast

This Astronomy Table is tucked away near the cliffs just northeast of the South Clagmar Coast Floo Flame.

South Cragcroft Shore

This Astronomy Table is on the southernmost part of the World Map, across the lake of Cragcroft Shore. You can take the South Cragcroft Shore Floo Flame and fly south to find the ruins. This also happens to be where a boss is located, so you may have to fend off a few poachers.

Cragcroft

This Astronomy Table is just south of the hamlet Cragcroft. You can easily take the Floo Flame to Cragcroft and fly directly south toward the edge of the cliff to find it.

How to solve Astronomy Tables in Hogwarts Legacy

Solving Astronomy Tables is a pretty simple task, and once you have the initial lesson with Amit, it should be a breeze to figure out the rest. First, approach the table and press X/Square to interact with it. Remember to make sure it is night first.

Once you interact with the table and look through the telescope, you'll see a bunch of stars, along with some dotted lines. Your goal is to match up the dotted lines with the bright stars until an image forms. Use your LS and RS to move and rotate the telescope accordingly and your RT/R2 and LT/L2 to zoom in and out.

Once you have them lined up properly, the image will be revealed, and you'll solve the puzzle.

Completing Astronomy Tables is part of your Challenges under Exploration. Each five that you complete will grant you a reward in the tree, as well as some XP. Once all fifteen are finished, you will receive all three pieces of the Starry-Eyed Seer outfit.
