Honkai Star Rail Best Bailu Build – Light Cones, Relics, & More!

Abundance characters are currently few and far between in Honkai: Star Rail. You'll receive Natasha for free simply by playing the game, but what should you do if you draw Bailu? Should you build her and, if so, how? I prioritized building her, and certainly don't regret it. This is my best advice for how you should do the same, including what Light Cones, Relics, and Teammates to use.

Best Light Cone for Bailu in Honkai Star Rail

Bailu has a Light Cone designed specifically for her called Time Waits For No One. It is currently the only Five-Star Abundance Light Cone in the Game, so it has no competition for the place of Best Abundance Light Cone.

Unfortunately, to obtain it, you'll either need to get lucky and draw it from the Gacha, or you'll need to save up at least 600 Undying Star Light to purchase one copy from the in-game store. Building up 600 Undying Starlight is no joke, so make sure it is really what you want.

Best free-to-play Light Cone for Bailu

If you want to try an easier-to-obtain Light Cone for Bailu, you could try Post-Op Conversation. It is a Four-Star Light Cone that you are likely to obtain from the Gacha. Or you can purchase it from the Forgotten Hall Rewards Shop. If you are really in a bind, either Cornucopia or Multiplication, both Three-Star Light Cones, will do.

Best Relic Set for Bailu in Honkai Star Rail

Bailu kit is all about her healing capability, so you should aim to use the Passerby of Wandering Cloud Set. You'll receive one Four-Star set for free simply by playing the game, and it will more than suffice until you are ready to start farming Five-Star relics later in the game.

For Planar Ornaments, aim to use the Fleet of the Ageless set. It boosts HP, which is the stat that Bailu's healing scales on.

What stats should you boost on Bailu?

Don't worry about her damage. Bailu wants a lot of HP% to boost her healing capabilities. Keep in mind that strictly building HP% will have diminishing benefits, so we highly recommend trying to find Relic Pieces with Outgoing Healing and Energy Regen Rate to boost her healing via her Ultimate. Here are the Main Stats we think you should look for in Bailu's Relics:

• Feet: HP% or Speed
• Body: Outgoing Healing
• Sphere: HP%
• Rope: Energy Regen Rate or HP%

Bailu's Path and Element in Honkai Star Rail

As I noted in the introduction, Bailu is one of only two characters that follow the Abundance Path in Honkai: Star Rail. Her Element is Lightening, but, as she is not much of an attacker, this will rarely come into play. You'll need her in almost any team you build, whether the enemy is weak to lighting or not.

Best Teammates for Bailu

For the foreseeable future, Bailu's best partners in the game will be anybody and everybody. Since you can not heal your characters with items in combat, you will be reliant on at least one Abundance Character in your team being well-built.

As time goes on and more Abundance Characters are added to the game, we suspect her use will be limited a bit more to teams that need to take advantage of Lightening Weaknesses, so she'll pair well with other Lightening units like Serval and Jing Yuan.
