Honkai Star Rail Herta kit, all Skills, Traces, & Eidolons

Kuru, kuru!

I understand why some Honkai: Star Rail players would feel that building Herta would be a waste of time. Her multipliers are less than ideal. That said, she does have access to the Freeze effect and follow-up attacks, making her an ideal character for the Simulated Universe, where you can win her Eidolons. Want to see her full kit to understand why? Here are all of Herta's Skills, Traces, and Eidolons.
