• Open settings on your console.
• Click application saved data management.
• Go to saved data in system storage.
• Find Horizon Forbidden West.
• Choose to upload your save to the Cloud or to save it to a USB drive.

Keep in mind that you need PlayStation Plus to use the Cloud Storage feature. Next, you will want to boot up your PlayStation 5.

• Go to settings on your console
• Click application saved data.
• Select saved data PS4 and choose between Cloud Storage or USB.
• Hit save game to copy.

Now you will need to go to Horizon Forbidden West and go to the title screen. You will see an option called, import can from PlayStation 4, click it to begin importing your save.
