How to unlock weapons and gear in Hunt Showdown

If you are wondering how unlocking weapons and consumables works in Hunt Showdown, it's not complicated. In short, players earn new items by leveling their Bloodline rank to the max rank of 100. Players level their Bloodline rank by earning Bloodline XP from matches and leveling up their hunters. As players earn XP and rank up, they will eventually earn various items from guns to melee weapons and consumable/gear items. 

That said, if you want to unlock more weapons, the best way is to farm enemies in matches. You will earn XP that can go towards leveling your Bloodrank by slaying a ton of the non-boss enemies on the map. Fighting other players can also earn you some decent XP if you manage to kill them. You can also retire hunters when they level 25 to earn a bit of Bloodline XP that can rank up your Bloodline rank. How to unlock new variants of weapons in Hunt Showdown

In short, you must equip any variant of a weapon that is the same variant of a weapon you want to unlock and use it to earn a certain amount of XP. For example, if you want to unlock the Sparks LRR Sniper rifle, you must equip a normal Sparks rifle or the silenced version. Using another variant of a gun you want to unlock will earn you XP that will go towards unlocking other variants of the same weapon. You can also earn new ammunition types by unlocking new versions of the same gun.
