3. Final Fantasy VIII

One of the best in the Final Fantasy series, Final Fantasy VIII bravely continued the 3D legacy that Final Fantasy VII had established. Following a group of teen soldiers as they battle forces through time, players are in for a roller coaster of a ride. Pairing a Dual Shock controller with the iPad only ups the nostalgia factor, making dozens of hours fly by.

2. Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night

Metroidvania fans looking to scratch their vampire slaying itch need not look any further. This iOS port looks and plays just as beautifully as its console and PC counterparts. Play as Miriam as she journeys through a mysterious castle to save herself and all of humanity from the forces of evil.

Activision picked the right studio to develop Call of Duty Mobile when hiring developer TiMi Studio Group. With a controller in hand, it looks and feels like Call of Duty always has. It's tight, responsive, and is like riding a bike for anyone familiar with the series. With plenty of game modes, unlockables, and seasonal content, there's plenty of reason to install this one.
