Does progress in the Lost Ark beta carry over?

Prepare for a fresh start.

The Lost Ark closed beta begins on November 4, and players may be wondering if beta progress carries over into the full release. The answer is no. All progress from the beta will be wiped when the beta ends, and players cannot keep it when the game is released.

This means that items, weapons, gear, and more will not be available to the player in the full release even if they have earned them in the beta. Player's characters will also not carry over to the beta, which means they will have to start with completely fresh characters.

Instead of getting frustrated at this, use the beta to explore the features and world of Lost Ark. This includes PvE and PvP content as well as different events and quests. Players can also experiment with character builds to see what will best fit their preferred playstyle as there are various classes to choose from.

Those who want to take part in the better will need to request access from their website or purchase one of the Founder's Packs through Steam or Amazon, or by entering competitions and watching Twitch streams. These are the only way to access the Lost Ark beta and play it ahead of release.
