There is a level 17 Raid World Boss in Lost Ark named Signatus. He is located in Scraplands in Arthentine. You can go here as soon as you've reached Arthentine.
Where is Signatus?
Signatus is located southeast of Soldier Ant Nest but north of Hoverboard Testing Site. There are no other monsters in this area, so you can wait here without a problem. As soon as Signatus spawns, he will be at the center of this area.
The Signatus World Boss is a Raid World Boss, which means he does not spawn after 30 minutes like other bosses. For a Signatus to spawn, it might take two to three days. It is among the world's most elusive bosses.

You should be much stronger than Signatus by the time you reach Arthenine. You can readily kill him with any level above 35.
Don't underestimate any World Boss, however. We still recommended going in groups to beat any World Boss, even those as weak as the World Bosses in Arthentine.
