Pit-A-Pat Macaron in Lost Ark requires players to find Aricer, the Wandering Merchant in Rohendel, and buy it. His location and when he will be there are below.

How to craft Pit-A-Pat Macaron in Rohendel

Aricer, the Wandering Merchant, appears randomly in one of five zones: Breezesome Brae, Elzowin's Shade, Glass Lotus Lake, Lake Shiverwave, or Xeneela Ruins. Aricer will spawn in all channels of one random zone and stay for approximately 25 minutes. Buy the Pit-A-Pat Macaron from him for 150,00 Silver, and then you can consume it.

While the item is expensive, the hardest part is waiting for the Wandering Merchant. He will only appear on server time, not your local time, so pay attention to the clock in the top left corner of the screen.
