Giant's Hearts are a unique collectible you can find in Lost Ark. There are 15 to find and collect, and these can be turned in at Wisdom Isle to Minerva for various rewards. Here is where to find the third Giant's Heart in Trixion in Lost Ark.
You can find and get the second Giant's Heart from Beatrice in Trixion. You must increase your Rapport level with Beatrice to receive the second Giant's Heart. You will need to get her Rapport level to Friendly, which requires 180 in all your Virtues and 47,000 Rapport.

Where to find Beatrice in Lost Ark?
Sasha is found in Trixion in Lost Ark. Trixion is a small area, so you should have no trouble finding her in the center of this area. You will need to play the Song of Trixion to teleport to this location. You receive this song around level 30.
Beatrice is the only NPC in Trixion, so finding her should be easy. Return to Trixion each day to give her gifts, perform songs, and use emotes to increase your Rapport and get the second Giant's Heart in Lost Ark!
