Giant's Hearts are a unique collectible you can find in Lost Ark. There are 15 to find and collect, and these can be turned in at Wisdom Isle to Minerva for various rewards. Here is where to find the third Giant's Heart in Origins of Stern in Lost Ark.

You can find and get the third Giant's Heart from Sasha in Origins of Stern. You must increase your Rapport level with Sasha to receive the third Giant's Heart. You will need to get her Rapport level to Trusted, which requires 310 in all your Virtues and 26,000 Rapport.

Where to find Sasha in Lost Ark?

Sasha is found in Origins of Stern in Lost Ark. She can be found at the northern point of this area by entering the doors. She is then found in the command room. Once you achieve high enough Virtues, you will be able to increase your Rapport with Sasha.

You can find her location easily by looking for the Heart icon on the map. Hovering over it will show Sasha's name. Head and begin the long grind to increase her Rapport and gain the third Giant's Heart.
