| Corpius | The first boss encounter in dread is found in Artaria. |
| Kraid | Kraid is found in the Cataris stage. |
| Robot Chozo Soldier | This is the first boss whom you will encounter multiple times in Metroid Dread. Look out for the Robot Chozo Soldier in Ferenia and Ghavoran. |
| Drogyga | Drogyga is the boss of the Burenia stage. |
| Chozo Soldier | This boss appears four times throughout Metroid Dread. Your first encounter being in Elun, second in Ghavoran, third in Artaria, and fourth in Hanubia. |
| Escue | Escue is another boss who makes their home in the Ferenia stage. |
| Experiment No. Z-57 | This boss is another local of the Cataris stage. |
| Golzuna | You'll encounter Golzuna in the Gavoran stage. |
| Twin Robot Chozo Soldier | Another one of the bosses that appears more than once. They can be found in Ferenia and Burenia. |
| Raven Beak | The final boss of Metroid Dread can be found in the Itorash stage. |
