Neural Cloud Tier List and Reroll Guide

Neural Cloud is a role-playing game with strategy elements. Here, you are Professor, an expert who understands the virtual realm where Dolls fight against dangerous enemies. As this is also a gacha game, you'll need to collect those Dolls. Pick carefully, as there are five classes of heroes, each of which is important on the battlefield. To make your selection easier, here are Neural Cloud Tier List for each class and reroll guide in case you want to start better.

• Croque - She's one of the best tanks because of her ability to heal herself while taunting enemies. Croque is also essential to the story, which makes her more than just another Doll.
• Evelyn - Has a damage reduction skill that can be a game changer in the battle and is also very effective in keeping more damage-oriented characters safe.

• Florence - She's excellent in battles because of her healing and debuff abilities. Angelic Allure skill charms enemy units to attack allies. Florence is also a very effective medic, as her Special Care ability heals units and reduces the damage they receive by 16%.
• Nanaka - There is no better Doll with better mass healing abilities than Nanaka. Starry Revue ability heals all allies in range while the Dancing Starlight skill creates a field in which they can't die and heals them when before it expires.

Best Neural Cloud Snipers

• Chanzhi/Twigs - If you want an efficient range attacker focused on area effect, this Dolls is the best choice. Her ultimate skill Magnificent Embroidery deals significant damage to all enemies in range.
• Lam - She can deal significant damage thanks to her skills that increase criticals. That's especially true for her Vector Tunneling ultimate skill, which fires a laser that damages all enemies on its path.

Best Neural Cloud Specialists

• Banxsy - She's a debuff specialist as her abilities are focused on lowering enemies' accuracy and dodge rate. It makes opponents inefficient and vulnerable, which can quickly turn the battle tide.
• Sakuya - With her focus on the Bleed debuff (target loses health for a maximum of 10 seconds), she's great at draining health from multiple targets. Sakuya's ultimate skill is the Ten Thousand Leaf Storm which deals damage to enemies and applies Bleed.

Best Neural Cloud Warriors

• Aki - As one of the best fighters in the game, Aki is all about dealing critical damage thanks to Murasame-giri ability that deals five swift attacks on the enemy.
• Betty - You can rely on Betty to lead the party in the battle with her buffs and fast attacks. She can gain additional speed and armor while dealing Lifesteal and Bleed attacks.

Neural Cloud Reroll Guide

If you're unsatisfied with the characters you got at the beginning, you can start over. Follow this Neural Cloud reroll guide to easily get another chance at better Dolls. Keep in mind that this process takes around 20 minutes to complete, so multiple reroll can take a while.

• Start the game as a guest or create a Sunborn account for each new reroll. You'll need a new email for each roll.
• Complete the Tutorial and the first chapter.
• Click on the Neural Search tab on the right side of the main screen.
• Pull for Dolls.
• If you're not satisfied with the characters you got, repeat the process until you get what you want.
