Get your gemstones here!

In New World, you will need to advance a couple of skills to get your hands on gemstones. The harvesting, mining, and stonecutting skills are all crucial for getting gemstones. The most important reason to get gemstones is how they affect your weapons and armor once socketed.

There are different levels of gemstones you can cut that requires a higher level of stonecutting. You will also need motes which is where the harvest and mining skill comes into play. You can find these below and all the gemstones and what effects they bring to socketed gear.
