There are many resources, materials, gear, and quests to collect in New World. Some are quite easy to find, while others can be more difficult to find. One material that is hard to find is Fire Motes. You might be wondering how to find this material.
There are three ways to get Fire Motes in New World. You can harvest it from the Dragonglory plant, Scorchstones, and Salamander Snails. Each of these can be found in various locations throughout New World. You can find those locations below.
Name | Locations | Skill | Image |
Dragonglory Plant | Brightwood, Ebonscale Reach, Everfall, Weaver's Fen, Reekwater, Windsward, Cutlass Keys, Monarch's Bluff. | Harvest - 30
Scorchstone | Great Cleave, Mourningdale, Restless Shore, Brightwood, Ebonscale Reach, Monarch's Bluff, Windsward, Cutlass Keys. | Mining - 100

Fire Motes are an important resource for Arcana and Alchemy. It is also a required component for crafting the Fire Staff. So if any of these interest you, you should try and harvest as many Fire Motes as you can.
