During the Cleanse the Orphans Trials, you will have to tune several radios to the Religious Station. In order to do this, you will have to match up the two frequencies you can see on the green screen of the radio.

To match up the frequencies, you need to use the three dials on the radio: Amplitude, Frequency and Phase. First, start with the Amplitude dial. This one is the easiest to complete as it controls the height of the frequency waves. The height of your white frequency needs to be the same as the orange one.

Once you have dealt with that, move over to Frequency. This one controls how wide the waves are. Try to match it as closely as possible, but you will probably have to tweak it additionally after you fix the Phase dial. This dial controls the pace of the waves. You are making sure the frequency is appearing at the same time as the orange one.

When you match everything up, the puzzle will be complete. You'll have to do this several times throughout the Orphanage while being chased by Mother Gooseberry and Daddy, so be prepared to run around and hide a lot before you can escape.
