Best moves for Machamp in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Machamp is one of the best Fighting-type Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. It is a solely Fighting-type Pokémon that evolves from Machop (at level 28) and Machoke (using the Linking Cord item). Machamp's best quality is its outstanding attack stat.

With Machamp being a sole Fighting-type Pokémon most of its powerful moves are also Fighting-type. This is because of S.T.A.B. (Same Type Attack Bonus) which allows Pokémon to use moves that match their typing to do increased damage in battle. Machamp's best moves are Close Combat, Double-Edge, Drain Punch, and Bullet Punch.

Machamp will learn Close Combat at level 43 (mastered at level 54), Double-Edge at level 34 (mastered at level 45), Drain Punch at level 30 (mastered at level 41), and Bullet Punch at level 11 (mastered at level 20).
