Removing moves for new ones has always been a staple in the Pokémon franchise, as they level up and learn more powerful attacks and the like. But finding the right move set takes experimentation to take down some of the Noble Pokémon.
In Pokémon Legend: Arceus, you have two options: you can change the move when it is learned automatically by leveling—the traditional method. Or you can manually change the move later on when viewing your Pokémon in the satchel.

You can change an existing Pokémon's attacks at any time by pressing up on the D-Pad, then selecting the Pokémon you want. A menu with four options will appear:
- Check Summary
- Change Moves
- Change Name
- Cancel
Choose change moves to have the option to assign any Pokémon move they have previously learned, but like normal, you cannot use them all. You still have four moves to use in battle, so one of them needs to be replaced.
It's as simple as that. So do not be afraid to keep switching your Pokémon's moves as you can quickly get an old one back if you dislike the new one!
