The second way is to use a new item called the Linking Cord. A Linking Cord can be purchased from the Craft Shop in Jubilife Village for 1,000 Merit Points that you get for collecting Lost Satchels. It is also possible to find this item in Space-time Distortions Use this item like an evolution stone on your Machoke, and it will evolve into a Machamp.
