Leaked images from Nintendo's upcoming Pokémon Legends: Arceus reveals another feature of the new Alpha Pokémon. Alpha Pokémon caught in the wild appear to be larger in size than their regular Pokémon counterparts.
According to the recent leak from @Abyzabwastaken on Twitter, Alpha Pokémon will be very noticeably large than the non-Alpha version of that same Pokémon. Rapidash was the example given, though it is known that other species of Alpha Pokémon will also have this same mechanic.
What are Alpha Pokémon?
When players encounter Pokémon in the wild in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, some Pokémon will react differently than others. Alpha Pokémon will be more aggressive than their non-Alpha versions. Alpha Pokémon can be found scattered around the Hisui region. Alpha Pokémon will be stronger than others and will in turn be more difficult to subdue and catch. Having an Alpha Pokémon on your team will be a sought-after accomplishment.
