Some Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus will require an item in order to evolve. The Ice Stone is one of these items and will be required to evolve a specific Pokémon into their final evolution. This evolution item can only be used to evolve a Pokémon one time and then will disappear from the player's inventory once that Pokémon has evolved. In order to use the item, players will need to have the Pokémon hold the item and then tell it to evolve.
Which Pokémon evolve using the Ice Stone?
The Ice Stone is an evolution item that will allow players to evolve Eevee into Glaceon. Pokémon Legends: Arceus handles Pokémon evolution differently than past games. Instead of evolving on their own when evolution criteria are met, players will have to tell the Pokémon to evolve. While the evolution requirements are still present, like reaching a certain level or holding an item, meeting the requirements will not cause Pokémon to evolve automatically. To use the Ice Stone, players should have Eevee hold the item and then visit the in-game menu in order to evolve it into Glaceon.

Where to find the Ice Stone?
The Ice Stone can be obtained in a few different ways in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. The item can be purchased in Jubilife Village at the Trading Post for 1,000 MP (Merit Points) or from Ginter's Shop from 5,000 Pokedollars. The Ice Stone can also be found by collecting snow piles in the Alabaster Icelands. Completing Request #86, "Gone Astray... To The Icelands," will also result in players obtaining an Ice Stone.
