Customize your trainer with new expanded options in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Explore a new region looking your best.

While customization has been an option in the past few Pokémon titles, it was a little lacking compared to other series. However, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are launching with expanded possibilities for your trainer's appearance.

The Pokémon Company YouTube uploaded the Jump into a Paldean Journey trailer, showcasing many new aspects of the titles, including more customization options for your trainer. This includes hairstyle, hair color, eye shape, eye color, and many more facial features. This will give players even more freedom when designing their Pokémon trainers.

Trainer customization in the past was typically limited to fewer options, like clothes, hair style, hair color, and eye color. Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are adding more options, which will go a long way toward making your trainer feel more personalized to you.

Whether you decide to make your Pokémon trainer look like you or a stranger is your decision. But you will be able to create new looks like never before with Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's customization options.
