New adorable ghost dog Pokemon drains the life out of you

It's so cute and deadly.

A new Ghost-type Pokémon has stolen the scene thanks to its adorableness and love of play. Just be careful how long you play together, as it can and will drain your life force. Whether this is intentional or not is up for debate.

This new Pokémon was revealed in a short teaser uploaded by The Pokémon Company. In the trailer, we see a member of the Naranja Academy's Ghost-type Pokémon Club seeking out a mysterious Ghost-type Pokémon. After a fake-out by Mimikyu and Gengar, we get a good look at the new ghost dog Pokémon, which is named Greavard.

This new Pokémon has immediately led to many debates and questions, especially with the brief hint that it could be tied to the Litwick line. Some theories place it as a possible Eevee evolution with the Ghost-type, while others state it belongs as one of the three dog Pokémon introduced in Paldea alongside Fidough and another.

We will have to wait for more information on this new Pokémon before we come to a conclusion. But it certainly makes a dramatic entrance, seemingly draining the life of the Naranja student and leaving them for dead in the wilderness.
