Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl bring back a wave of nostalgia, as well as countless new and old Pokémon. While it is not always obvious, all Pokémon games have a gift system in which players can claim free stuff by entering codes and using the internet. Here are all Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl Codes and Free Gifts.
How to unlock Mystery Gifts
Before you can receive any free mystery gifts, you must first unlock this ability. You can do this after beating the first Gym in Jubilife City. After you obtain the first gym badge, you will want to head to the North of the city, where you will participate in a Double Battle against some Galactic Grunts.
After you defeat them, you can enter the Jubilife City TV Station. On the third floor of the TV Station, you will find a Producer standing in the middle of the room. Talk to this man, and respond to his question with "EVERYONE HAPPY WI-FI CONNECTION." This will unlock the Mystery Gift feature in the menu.
All Mystery Gifts
Mystery Gifts can be items or special Pokémon that are free to receive and download for a limited time. Once these limited gifts have expired, they can no longer be claimed. Currently, there are only two mystery gifts available in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

Apart from the Mystery Gift system, two other free Pokémon are available if you meet the requirements. If you played one of the Pokémon Lets Go games, you are eligible to receive a free Mew, and if you played Pokémon Sword/Sheild, you are eligible to receive a free Jirachi. All you have to do is go and talk to the couple standing in the flower fields in Floaroma Town. The gentleman will give you the Jirachi, and the lady will give you the Mew.
There are all the free gifts in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. This list will be updated when more gifts are released in the future. Remember, these gifts are limited-time events, so make sure to claim these while you can!
