Pokémon fans are familiar with eggs and how they work in the various mobile Pokémon titles. Eggs in Pokémon Masters EX work similarly, with players having to incubate them for them to hatch. Players start with one Incubator, and a second permanent one is available for Gems. There is even a third rentable Incubator available to use if needed.
Eggs take varying times to hatch, between 6 and 12 hours. The only other requirement for players to consider when hatching an egg is that they must fight in 3 battles before an egg hatches, even after waiting the appropriate amount of time.

Currently, there is no way to speed up the process, so players will need to wait the amount of time required by each egg and participate in 3 battles for an egg to hatch. Players should take full advantage of the available Incubators in the game, as they can only hold up to 4 eggs in their inventory at a time.
It may be possible that the process of speeding up egg hatching will appear in the future, but for now, players are stuck waiting 6 to 12 hours for eggs to hatch.
