For October, Pokémon Go will feature a spooky ghost Pokémon in the spotlight, and it's none other than Duskull, the Requiem Pokémon! To get all the information you need to know about the event ahead of time, check out everything below!
Timeframe
No matter where you are, the event lasts from 11am to 5pm local time on Oct. 9, 2021. This means that people living on the East coast will begin the event several hours sooner than people living on the West coast. However, it also means the event ends sooner for them!
Bonuses
The following list outlines all the bonuses that apply during the event's timeframe.
- 3 x Catch Stardust
- 3-hour Lure & Incense
- Shadow Ball automatically applied to any Dusclops evolved into Dusknoir, or any Dusknoir caught.
- Duskull appears more often
- One time purchase Community Day Box (1280 PokéCoins) contains:
- 50 Ultra Balls
- 4 Incense
- 4 Star Pieces
- 1 Elite Charged TM

Timed Research Tasks
The following list outlines the research tasks, and rewards for the event-exclusive Special Research titled Nothin' Dull About Duskull. There is no additional information known about the special research, but as soon as we know, we'll have a guide for it!
Field Research
A special Field Research task is available during the Duskull Community Day where you need to catch 3 Duskull. Upon doing so, you will receive the following rewards:
- Duskull Encounter
- 500 Stardust
- 5 Great Balls
- 2 Ultra Balls
- 2 Pinap Berries
- 1 Golden Razz Berry
