Rage 2 Cheat Codes List – How-to Use and Where-to Get!

Rage 2 is coming out soon and it has been announced that they will be featuring cheat codes in the game! We're going to be featuring a full list of these cheats once they are all available, but for now check out some of the ones that have been announced so far!

Cheat codes were a long time staple of old school games. Ask any person who played the early Contra how to get more lives, and they will immediately spout off the following and maybe most famous cheat code: "UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A, START!" Rage 2 is looking to bring some of that back, and has an early list of codes you can check out below!

How Do I Get Cheats in Rage 2?

You'll be able to head to the "Wasteland Wizard" and purchase Cheats from them. They are purchased with in-game currency, you don't have to pay real money to get them.

RAGE 2 is bringing an old school favorite to the game -- Cheat Codes!

You may have seen the recent April Fool’s Day trailer for a “He’s on Fire” cheat code in the game, but that wasn’t a prank. It’s very real. The legendary voice artist, Tim Kitzrow, is lending his familiar announcing skills to RAGE 2. Watch the trailer to see and "hear" the He's on Fire cheat code in action as he narrates your tear through the wasteland!

There's a few more awesome cheat codes coming to the game at launch, with more planned for after the game releases on May 14. Here's a look at some of the cheat codes coming to RAGE 2!

Diamond Geezer

National treasure and direct descendant to the British Royal Family, Mr. Dyer has produced a special voice-over which is accessible to all RAGE 2 users. The ‘cockney’ actor’s dulcet tones will act as mentor to the player when activating the Diamond Geezer cheat code, offering advice on the ‘motors’, ‘shooters’ and ‘mobs’ that can be found in this post-post-apocalyptic epic.

He's On Fire

This one was thought to be an April Fool's gag, but it turns out to be a real part of the game. If you've never heard of Tim Kitzrow, he's famous for voicing the popular NBA Jam video games where he would yell out catchphrases after dunks, scores, and other various actions that happened in the game. We'll now get a taste of those phrases in Rage 2 with the "He's On Fire" cheat code!

Git Gud

Sweet, sweet instagib. With “Git Gud” every enemy goes down in one hit. It’s not fair to your enemies, but f*** ‘em. You. Are. A. God.

Son of Thor

Much like the power Olivia Newton John is supplying in the hit film “Grease,” this Cheat is electrifying. When the “Son of Thor” Cheat is activated, the player becomes electric, electrocuting any enemies that get too close.

Klegg Support

The infamous (and douchey) Klegg Clayton is spawned as a friendly AI companion. We honestly don’t know if this is a reward or a punishment.

Phoenix Rejector Seat

Now this is just getting ridiculous. As opposed to the Phoenix’s Ejector Seat, which does what it says on the tin and ejects the player from the vehicle, the Rejector Seat leaves the player on the ground and ejects the Phoenix into the air. Like we said, ridiculous.
