Best Devil Fruit for PVE Grinding
Dragon
- Dragon is the best devil fruit in the entire game. It not only has the best overall stats, but also looks visually fantastic. There are two modes to the fruit: the hybrid mode and the fully transformed mode. Both forms have their advantages. Attacks in hybrid form like the claw are effective at dealing with enemies in close-range encounters, while the complete transformation has excellent mobility and long-range attacks. Due to these well-rounded abilities, you can finish the story mode much faster than other users. While everything is good, some players may feel distracted during combat due to the large model of the dragon clogging the screen.
Best Devil Fruit for Beginners
Magma
- Magma is one of the best beginner devil fruits, trailed by the likes of the Dragon and String. Apart from having one of the highest damage numbers in the game, the fruit provides the perfect mix of close, mid, and AOE-type attacks for its users in World 1. For example, abilities like Volcanic Devastation can clear crowds of NPC characters around the user, while skills like Great Eruption can target opponents from long distances. The only down factor to Magma is that you cannot fly like other top-tier devil fruit users in the game.
