How to fly in Roblox Super Power Training Simulator

Once you've finished Quest #9, you can fly by double tapping the space bar. You'll move pretty slowly at first, but if you bring up your Jump Force, you'll increase your Flight Speed as well. If you have 600,000 Jump Force, you will max out your Flight Speed at 1,000.

Use the E key on your keyboard to move your avatar higher into the air and press Q to descend. The ascension and descension keys are relative to the direction of the camera, similar to the swimming mechanics in the game.

When flying, keep in mind that you can only increase your Fist Strength and Psychic Power while in the air. There are major benefits to skill farming mid-flight, however, as meditating while flying will give you a 10x skill boost.

Once you've unlocked the ability to fly, large swaths of the map will open up to you. You'll finally be able to access the crystal, tornado, and the psychic temple. You'll also be able to accomplish any side quests that require utilizing the sun and surrounding planets.
