Poppy Playtime: Forever is an official (though non-cannon) Roblox horror experience created by Mob Entertainment and Jazwares that traps you in one of Playtime Co.'s abandoned superstores and challenges you to outsmart and survive the classic Poppy Playtime character who patrols the perimeter, along with an all new sinister character—a psychotically evil robot named AI. To defeat AI and escape the store, you'll need to put on a brave face and your detective hat—we have items to find and monsters to dodge!
At the time of this article's publication, this experience only contains one small chapter, which is detailed in the walkthrough below. As this experience continues to develop and add more content, I will update this guide, and its walkthroughs, accordingly.
How to beat Poppy Playtime: Forever, Complete Walkthrough
Upon loading into Poppy Playtime: Forever and joining the server queue, you'll be teleported to the start of the experience. The first few tasks serve as a simple tutorial, and won't take you long to complete. First, pick up the blue access card that's on the ground by pressing E; then, approach the corresponding door and press E again to swipe the card and open it.
In the next room, you'll need to find and plug in two batteries to open the door. These batteries are in the locker to your right, and in the shopping cart behind you. Once you've inputted both batteries, the door will open and you'll be led to the next room.
Head inside the next room and interact with the GrabPack on the floor to put it on. To use the left hand on the GrabPack, click your left mouse button; to use the right hand on the GrabPack, click your right mouse button. Aim and shoot your GrabPack at the button that's to the right of the next door to open it.
You'll need to use the GrabPack again in the next room to power the final tutorial door. First, aim and shoot one of your GrabPack hands at the power output.
Then, while holding that hand on the output, walk around the two conductor poles so that your energy-charged arm wraps around them.
With the two poles powered, use your other GrabPack hand to press the non-powered button that connects to the door. As soon as you do, the door will open and a cutscene will begin.
After the cutscene, you'll be free to explore the entire superstore/play area, which means Poppy Playtime will begin its patrol. To continue forward in the story, you must now find and collect eight fuses and input them into the specifically marked fusebox pictured below.
As you explore the area, the fusebox will remain outlined in green no matter how far away you go from it, so you won't have to worry about losing its location. And, likely to make the experience a bit easier for its expectedly younger Roblox audience, all of the fuses you need to collect will be outlined in white, making them pretty easy to find.
You can only carry three fuses at once, though, so you'll have to return to the fusebox periodically to drop them off. The locations of the fuses can also be different every time you play, so you'll need to check high and low to find them. Mine were on shelves, behind stands, underneath tables, etc. An example fuse is pictured below.
While hunting for fuses, be careful to avoid stepping on the various Poppy Playtime toys that are scattered around the factory. Accidentally stepping on one of these toys will cause it to squeak, which will alert Poppy of your presence and send it directly toward you. I personally felt like Poppy was the most aggressive during this part of my playthrough—there were times where it felt like no matter where I went Poppy wouldn't leave me alone—so I'd highly recommend watching where you step!
Once you've collected all eight fuses, the door will open and you'll enter the supply room, which is where the generator is located. Use your GrabPack to open the door to the generator room and then begin your next collection hunt, this time for eight pipes.
Again, the pipes will be in random locations, but will be fairly easy to find as they'll all be contained in the supply room. The only slightly-annoying part of this process is being limited to carrying just one pipe at a time, but, even with that restriction, it doesn't take very long to complete. An example pipe is pictured below.
After finding and connecting the final pipe, you'll need to use your GrabPack to pull all eight of the levers above the generator.
Upon pulling the final lever, a red laser will shoot out of the generator and onto the rotatable mirror pictured below.
To solve the next puzzle, you must follow this laser as it bounces from mirror to mirror, using your GrabPack to turn the mirrors until the hands at the top of them turn from red to green.
As you follow the laser's path, you'll run into a couple instances where the laser is blocked by an object, making it unable to reach the next intended mirror. When this happens, simply use your GrabPack to move the objects until the laser is unobstructed.
Once you turn the final mirror, and pull down the stand that's in the way, the laser can be used to unlock a custodial closet. Inside this closet is a key card that unlocks the Manager's Office.
Inside the Manager's Office, which is located on the second floor of the superstore, is a safe that can only be opened by inputting a secret code.
To crack the code, you'll need to collect three missing puzzle pieces. As expected, the locations of these puzzle pieces are random, but (from what I can tell based on my playthroughs) they almost always spawn on the second floor with you. Keep in mind that Poppy is still hunting you during this time, so be careful as you explore for pieces! An example of a puzzle piece is pictured below.
After collecting each piece, return to the office to place it in the puzzle. Once you've collected the final piece, you can use the now-completed puzzle to decipher the safe's code.

Based on my puzzle, I determined that my code was 3341, and used it to open the safe. This code is different for everyone, though, so if my code is different than yours that's totally normal! Simply read the numbers on your puzzle from left to right to determine your own code and unlock the safe.
Grab the key card from the safe and head back down to the checkpoint on the first floor—we'll need the key card in just a minute.
Walking into the checkpoint will trigger a cutscene that shows AI recruiting Poppy to hunt down and kill you. When Poppy is released, you'll need to sprint (hold Shift) as fast as you can to the Security room and use your key card to unlock it.
If you're anything like me, you may reach the end of the hallway and become confused about where you're supposed to go—turn around! The door you're looking for isn't against the dead end, it's hiding behind a pile of boxes across from it.
Inside this room is another checkpoint that will teleport you the Security room. Once inside this room, Poppy will be attempting to break down its door and you'll only have a few minutes to solve the next puzzle and escape. First, you need to power the security monitors by filling your GrabPack with energy, wrapping it around the two conductor poles, and transferring the energy to the other input. To reach the poles, you'll need to use your GrabPack to break the glass pictured below.
As soon as the monitors are powered, a minigame will begin that flashes AI's face on various screens at once and challenges you to hit as many of them as you can in one minute. I'm not sure how many screens you need to hit successfully to win, but clearly it's not that many, because I was awful at this minigame and even I succeeded! Granted I only had six seconds left before Poppy ripped me to shreds, but hey, a win is a win.
When the minigame ends, assuming you completed it successfully, the door behind you will open, revealing AI wrapped up in cables in what appears to be a server room. Walking up to AI will teleport you back to the experience's main lobby, indicating you beat the "chapter." Congratulations!
Once you make it back to the lobby, you'll have a GrabPack equipped to your avatar that you can now use to unlock the Creation Suite.
If you're interested, you can use the Creation Suite to create your own Poppy Playtime level, or try out levels made by other players. This feature can only be unlocked and used after you've beaten the experience, so pat yourself on the back as you walk inside!
