Roblox did NOT get hacked on November 9, contrary to rumors

If you're a fan of Roblox and the community behind it, chances are that you have heard rumors about it being hacked on November 9, 2022. Players have taken to Twitter and TikTok to warn that several other hackers will be logging into the game on the aforementioned date and wreaking havoc. While some of these rumors have simply been to log out of the game so that you do not get permanently banned, others have been more drastic ones that claim the site would have all of its servers and users completely deleted.

No credible information is available that proves that any of the above information was going to happen. Unfortunately, several players did believe the rumors and have yet to log back into Roblox and enjoy their favorite games.

Yes, it is safe to play Roblox. It was not deleted, and no players reported anything negative with their accounts. The game's security and development team has the experience and expertise to prevent situations like this from happening.
