Samsung and Charli XCX join the Roblox Metaverse in Samsung Superstar Galaxy experience

Another virtual concert is on the horizon as pop singer Charli XCX joins the Roblox Metaverse in the Samsung Superstar Galaxy experience. Set to take the stage on June 17, 2022, Charli XCX is the sixth female artist to perform a Roblox concert, with the first being fellow pop singer Ava Max in 2020. Players who take part in this limited-time event can decorate their own stage, complete quests, earn free UGC items, and even compete for a chance to have their avatar featured during Charli XCX's live performance.

Originally teased by EventHunters, Samsung Superstar Galaxy was officially confirmed via a tweet from Samsung on May 13, 2022. Following this announcement, Charli XCX then posted a tweet of her own to promote the collab.

Though this experience is already open, many of the features inside are set on a locked timer. Each Friday leading up to the finale concert on June 17, new stage props, songs, zones, and items will be released for players to earn and collect. While players wait for these releases, they can explore the expansive map, chat with Charli XCX using the in-game Galaxy Z Flip3, take selfies with friends, and perform on the galaxy's biggest stage.

In an interview with Samsung, Charli XCX said "Roblox and Samsung feel like the perfect duo to extend the interaction I have with my fans. The partnership is one that will give my community the access and ability to experience me in ways they previously have not been able to, which is extremely exciting!"
