Can you tame Kraken in Rune Factory 5?

There are some things you have to let go of.

Kraken is one of many bosses you can encounter in Rune Factory 5. It lives in the Meline Crystal Caverns B3 and has a chance to drop many rare items, including Crystal Fragments and Squid Ink. Taming it will not get it to produce the items you need, but you will get an amazing monster to aid you in your adventures.

Fortunately, Kraken is only one of few bosses that can’t be coerced into a friendship. Fun-sized monsters like the Nine-Tailed Fox and Cerberus can be tamed with the right items.
