How to change your difficulty in Rune Factory 5

You can change your challenge level.

Rune Factory 5 is a game that requires you to go into combat. Dungeons and fighting monsters are just as important as getting to know the townsfolk and growing crops. Understandably, some people may want an easy time with the game and wonder if there is a difficulty setting.

Once you learn about SEED and get acquainted with the first bits of gameplay, you will be able to talk to a character in the Rigbarth Outpost named Eliza. She will ask you to choose which difficulty setting you want to play on. You won't be able to select a difficulty when first starting the game, instead, this choice will come a bit later after you have seen the intro.

You aren't locked into the difficulty that you choose either. You can speak with Eliza at any time to change the difficulty of your game. You can choose between easy, normal, and hard. Keep in mind that you do need to speak with her in person to change the difficulty, and you can't do this from your game settings.

Outside of gaming, I have spend my time collecting manga, collecting anime figures, and watching anime with my naked cat.
