Where to find Chipsqueek in Rune Factory 5 – Wanted Monster Guide

Small and terrible.

The Wanted Monster side quest is first introduced to you by Livia early in the game, along with the ability to capture monsters. In order to complete a Wanted Monster quest, you first need to reduce your target’s HP, then capture them with ZL.

However, each Wanted Monster is unique and located in a specific area. Here’s where to find the Chipsqueek.

Chipsqueek is located in the forest part of the Kelve Volcanic Region just below the giant dinosaur skeleton in the middle of the area. It runs very quickly, so you might miss it. But it’s bright red and will probably attack you at first sight.

Given that it’s a two-star quest, do not attempt it until you’re in your mid-20s level-wise, else your weapon will do little damage. The jungle in Kelve Volcanic Region’s west end is also host to monsters that are way more powerful than the rest in the area, so be careful!

If you can’t find it, make sure that you’ve talked to Livia and have chosen the Chipsqueek to subjugate. If another Wanted Monster is selected as your target, the Chipsqueek will not appear.
