  • The best way to level up and unlock skills is to complete Missions and Side Hustles. These activities give the most experience and will enable you to level up quickly. Increasing your level will unlock Skills that are a vital part of combat. You can have four skills equipped at once.
  • You can buy new weapons at the Friendly Fire store. You can purchase clothes at several small stalls throughout the city.
  • You will unlock new vehicles and weapons at levels five, 10, and 15.
  • Cash is the main currency in Saints Row, and you will use cash to purchase weapons, vehicles, clothes, perks, and upgrades. Cash is earned by completing any activity; however, once you unlock the criminal enterprise, you can earn cash passively by investing in your business.
  • Perks are passive bonuses that will give you various buffs. Use the Perks app on your phone to unlock perk slots with cash. Major and minor perks are unlocked by completing challenges. You can view available challenges in the Mission app under Challenges.
  • You can hijack any vehicle in the city and take the car to your garage to unlock it permanently. At your garage, you can also customize your cars.
  • You should complete vehicle and gun challenges to unlock unique upgrades for the item. These can be special ammo rounds or abilities.

Build your criminal enterprise in Saints Row

Once you've unlocked Saints HQ, you can access the empire table from the top floor of the HQ. This table will allow you to expand your criminal activities throughout the map. Building different operations will let you take over that map regions from the competing gang. These enterprises will earn you passive income, which you can withdraw from your Cash Transfer app on your phone.
