Other Ecologies are a type of material in Scarlet Nexus, and their use varies from being required in exchanges, among other things.

You will also need to kill certain other types in order to get certain variants of Other Ecology. So in this guide, you will find out how to get every other ecology type in the game and more.

How to get Other Ecology S in Scarlet Nexus?

Other Ecology S is the rarest Other Ecology material type in the game and only drops from a select number of other enemies in the game. That said, if you want to get this material for whatever reason, you will need to farm the others listed below.

  • Fuel Pool
  • Buddy Rummy
  • Rainy Rummy
  • Plateau Pendu
  • Vase Paws

Overall, there are quite a few others that can drop the item upon death, so if you want it for either exchanges or gifting, you're going to need to find and kill one of these others on the list above. 

You can find Fuel Pools and Vase Paws frequently spawning across the mid-shopping district and upper-level construction site in Kikuchiba. However, for Buddy Rummys and Plateau Pendus, you will need to set your sites on the sub-level underground area of the game.

Rainy Rummys also can drop it but it won't be worth farming them as they spawn in multiple areas that you will need to kill other enemies first to get to them. Because of that, your better off farming Kikuchiba for the material.

How to get Other Ecology C in Scarlet Nexus?

Other Ecology C is the most common material of its type that you can get in the game, and you can get it from the following creatures.

  • Bile Pool
  • Buddy Rummy
  • Rainy Rummy
  • Scummy Pendu
  • Plateau Pendu
  • Vase Paws

If you want to farm Other Ecology C, we highly recommend simply going to Kikuchiba and start farming around the main shopping district, sub-level, and construction site. 

How to get Other Ecology B in Scarlet Nexus?

Other Ecology B is a little rarer than Other Ecology C but a bit easier to get, and you can get it from the following creatures in the game.

  • Fuel Pool
  • Buddy Rummy
  • Scummy Rummy
  • Scummy Pendu
  • Plateau Pendu
  • Vase Paws

That said, you can find most of these others again in the first area, Kikuchiba, in all areas such as the sub-level, marketplace, and construction level. Some can be found in other areas like Scummy Rummy in the Mizuhagawa construction site, so there's always the option going there to farm for the material. 

How to get Other Ecology A in Scarlet Nexus?

Other Ecology A is one of the many rare items you can get in Scarlet Nexus that only drops from a few enemies in the game. So, if you want to get Other Ecology A, you will need to find and kill the following enemies in the game.

  • Fuel Pool
  • Buddy Rummy
  • Scummy Pendu

You can find most of these others in the first area, Kikuchiba, in all areas such as the sub-level, marketplace, and construction level. 

How to get rare materials in Scarlet Nexus 

Overall, getting rare materials in Scarlet Nexus comes down to killing multiple times, The reason why is that you will need to kill others several times before they will drop rare items. But there is a way to increase your chances of getting rare Other Ecologies by using brain crush. The reason why is that brain crush increases the drop rate for rare materials when you kill others with it.

That said, to use brain crush, you will need to do either rush follow attacks or psychokinesis follow-up attacks.

Using one of these attack combos will help lower an enemy's crush bar, allowing you to use brain crush to kill them. So, If you want to do a rush follow up attack, you will need to first need to do a psychokinesis attack (RT or R2) and then hit X or square for a follow-up attack. 

For psychokinesis follow-up attacks, you will need to first land an attack with either of the main attack moves (X/Y or square/triangle) and then follow up with a psychokinesis attack (RT or R2).
