In Sons of the Forest, your job is to survive in the wilderness and to do so you'll need to scour the map and collect necessary materials. Building and crafting are a major part of the game, which makes it exciting for both solo campaigns and co-op runs. Sons of the Forest does feature a Multiplayer mode, and here's everything you need to know about it.
How many players can play Sons of the Forest Multiplayer?
In Sons of the Forest Multiplayer mode, eight players can queue into a team through the online co-op feature. Similar to the first game, you can team up with friends and other players online for matches. Survive throughout the match by helping your teammates and strategizing together. This way, you can build and craft things quicker while visiting trickier areas with teammates.
In the Multiplayer option, you can host a room or join another to play co-op. You can change the filters by selecting difficulty levels, and inviting platform friends while joining or hosting a match. While joining, select any of the servers that have space to add new players. As for hosting, you can create a new game, or continue from a previous save while playing Multiplayer. The Multiplayer option can be a fun mode to try out with friends, especially on harder difficulty levels. The game is designed to put you in tough scenarios where you must be prepared to survive.
