How to get a Largemouth Bass in Stardew Valley

Here's how to get a Largemouth Bass in Stardew Valley

If you want to catch largemouth bass in Stardew Valley, you will need to visit the mountain lake in either the spring or fall seasons in the game. This is because largemouth bass will appear more often in the lake during both seasons, from 6 am to 7 pm.

However, you can also catch largemouth bass during both the summer and winter seasons, but the chance to get the fish will drop from 20 to 15 percent. Overall, not impossible to get, but you may find yourself fishing for a bit before a largemouth bass will appear.

Because of this, we recommend fishing during the summer or fall whenever possible to get the bass. That being said, once you get a largemouth bass, you can use it for varying things such as a food item, an ingredient in cooking recipes, so here's what you can make with largemouth bass.

  • Crispy Bass
  • Maki Roll
  • Quality Fertilizer
  • Sashimi

Along with the cooking recipes listed above, you can also use large mouth bass in fish ponds, and to make a neat fishing vest via a sewing machine. On top of all of this, you will also need largemouth bass to make two fishing bundles, with one requiring a gold start largemouth bass.
