Theses Badges will give Mario and his friends plenty of abilities to play around with, and they will feel quite similar to things like the Fire Flower and Tanooki Suit from previous entries. Here's a look at all the badges in Super Mario Bros Wonder.

  • Parachute Cap
  • Wall-Climb Jump
  • Dolphin Kick
  • Crouching High Jump
  • Grappling Vine
  • Safety Bounce
  • Sensor
  • Coin Magnet
  • Invisibility
  • Jet Run

You'll want to make sure you have the right badge for the right situation, so it seems like there is going to be a bit of strategy that goes into your choice. Crouching High Jump lets you get over tall obstacles. Parachute Cap lets you travel a bit longer in the air. The bottom line is there will be something for every situation.

How do Badges work in Super Mario Bros Wonder?

You'll only be able to have one badge equipped at a time, so there won't be any mixing of Invisibility and Jet Run. As seen in the gameplay trailer, the badges will give Mario and company a host of new abilities for any given situation.

If you're looking to time a stage just a bit faster, you'll want to experience with throwing on different badges and seeing if it'll make any difference for you. Certain badges will definitely play better on certain stages, so it will come down to some trial and error. Considering Mario games hold up on frequent replays, you'll get a lot of time to experiment with different setups.
