Is the TFT Battle Pass worth it?

The TFT Pass is worth buying as long as you're willing to play according to the rules of the pass. Although the Pass does give you Pass XP for simply playing games, the best way to obtain XP is from challenges. Completing these missions rewards 200-800 XP, depending on the mission's difficulty. However, mission objectives are incredibly specific and can rarely be done by accident.

If you aspire to complete the entire Pass, there will be several times when you must choose a challenge-fulfilling team composition over a fun team comp. There are also some challenges where you must survive late into the game to fulfill them, and this can be frustrating. These objectives require you to go out of your way to accomplish them, restricting your mechanical freedom in return for rewards.

However, the rewards of the TFT Pass are quite impressive, especially for its reasonable price tag of 1295 RP. With the Pass, you can receive four Arenas, over 10 Tacticians, Star Shards, Booms, and Emotes, all for just over $10. Once you purchase the Pass, you instantly obtain an Arena and Tactician, with no grinding required. If you plan on playing a significant number of TFT games, then the Pass is worth buying, as long as you're willing to go out of your way to complete challenges.
