TFT: Which items stack in Teamfight Tactics?

Stack them up!

Teamfight Tactics is an auto battler game based on League of Legends characters. Players can pick up champions each round to place them on the battlefield to fight it out. Items can be equipped to your character to buff their stats or grant abilities. TFT has frequent updates to its roster and items, so it can be confusing to understand what items to use or where to place them.

Some items in Teamfight Tactics can be stacked, granting additional power with each duplicate item equipped. However, some items do not stack, so it can be helpful to know what items to look out for. Here are all the items in TFT that can be stacked:

Items that do not stack in TFT

A few items cannot stack by themselves and can only be equipped once to a champion. Here are all the items that cannot be stacked:

  • Any Emblem Item
  • Blue Buff
  • Edge of Night
  • Frozen heart
  • Infinity Edge
  • Last Whisper
  • Morellonomicon
  • Quicksilver
  • Shroud of Stillness
  • Sunfire Cape
  • Thief's Gloves
  • Zephyr

Knowing what items can be stacked additively and which cannot be extremely helpful during games. Since there is limited time for rounds and so many champions in Teamfight Tactics, it will take some practice to figure out what stackable items work best for each champion.
