Is Total War: Warhammer 3 on Mac and Linux?
The short answer is: not yet. The third-party developer, Feral Interactive, is handling both ports. Feral Interactive is an experienced Mac and Linux developer that previously worked on the release of Total War: Medieval II on the iOS and Android platforms. They’ve also been the official Mac publisher of Total War games for some time.
Currently, their website doesn’t list the release date of Total War: Warhammer 3 on either platform. The official Creative Assembly website, on the other hand, states, “We will release more information on their timelines [for Mac and Linux release] as soon as we’re able.”
This means you might have to wait, but at least there’s definitely going to be a release, which isn’t always the case with large strategy games.
