Why does my Dandelion stay in the air in Tower of Fantasy?

You can hit Dandelions to release three seeds. One falls to the ground, but the other two stay up in the air. This is because this specific Dandelion is an Exploration Point, and you need to shoot the floating Dandelions with the Bow. If you look closely, inside one of them is a Black Nucleus. Shoot it down or hit it in the air to collect it.
