How to use Balloon Fruit in Tower of Fantasy

Balloon Fruits are found in shrubs and are clustered in groups of three, just like Strawberries and Firedragon Fruits. Make sure to interact with each shrub thrice to gather all the fruit! These cooking ingredients live in the Backpack's Cooking section and can be consumed on their own to heal +2 Satiety and +5 percent and 6,800 HP. You can also use them for cooking the Balloon Fruit Salad, which restores 10 Satiety and +16 percent and 34,000 HP.
