The length of a game can be a polarizing topic, but for the most part, RPG players crave as much content as possible out of their games. Titles like Skyrim or Elden Ring have a linear storyline that can be completed fairly quickly, but the games are filled to the brim with side content to explore. However, Valkyrie Elysium looks to break this trope in RPGs, offering a much shorter experience overall.

The total number of chapters in Valkyrie Elysium is nine, with each covering one piece of the game's storyline. There are also side quests to be completed as well as other side content, but in the case of the story, the chapters are the main source.

How long does it take to beat Valkyrie Elysium?

On average, Valkyrie Elysium looks to have roughly 20 hours of content for players to enjoy without starting a new playthrough. This includes the main story of nine chapters, as well as all of the side content that can be completed in the game. However, if one rushes to complete the main story ignoring side quests, this number could be dramatically decreased. Naturally, this would vary from player to player.
