Zanuka Hunter is pretty much impossible to find through normal gameplay. This is intentional because Zanuka Hunter drops some of the highest-tier loot you can find in Warframe. The boss is hard to find and hard to kill, especially for these reasons, but fortunately, we know exactly how to get Zanuka Hunter to spawn for you, and it's easier than you think. How to find Zanuka Hunter in Warframe
Zanuka Hunter is impossible to find on your own, so that leaves drawing it to you instead. There are a couple of ways to do this. The first method to draw Zanuka Hunter out of hiding is to complete five Corpus Invasion missions. Doing so will earn you a Zanuka Hunter Death Mark, which basically means it has begun hunting you. This is what you want.
Once you have this mark, continue to combat the Corpus throughout the galaxy. Zanuka Hunter has a low chance of spawning in Corpus missions, so you'll need to focus only on those types. For each player in your party with a Zanuka Hunter Death Mark, your chances of Zanuka Hunter appearing increases slightly.
The other method for drawing Zanuka Hunter out is with a Zanuka Hunter Beacon. This beacon is a Gear item that can be purchased from Baro Ki'Teer for 125,000 credits and 200 ducats. Note that Baro Ki'Teer is not always present and even when he is, his inventory stock is always different. This means that he may not always have the beacon for purchase.
Much like the Stalker, when Zanuka Hunter is about to spawn, the lights in your current mission will flicker several times. This is your warning to get ready for a fight. Zanuka does big damage really quickly, so pick and choose your engagements with him carefully.
