How to get Cosmetics in Warhammer 40k Darktide 

To get Cosmetics in Warhammer 40k Darktide, you have to unlock them by leveling up your Trust Level. Starting at Trust Level five, you can unlock Cosmetics that you can equip by visiting the Cosmetic menu. You can unlock more Cosmetics as you advance up the Trust Ranks or Levels, usually every five levels. That said, you can find the Cosmetic menu by opening your character's inventory page and clicking the Cosmetic button in the image below.

Leveling your trust level is not the only method you can use to get more Cosmetics in Darktide. In short, you can also unlock various Cosmetics by completing Penances. Penances are small achievements. You can view via the Penance option in the main menu. Completing Penances in various categories can reward cosmetics such as Item frames or Trinkets. How to level up Trust Level in Darktide - Warhammer 40k

To level up your Trust Level in Darktide, you must complete Missions. Killing special enemies, completing side objectives, and killing the most enemies for even more XP is recommended to help raise your Trust Level. Playing on Higher difficult missions is also an excellent option to help raise your Trust Level and earn more rewards. 

Can I buy Cosmetics in Darktide? - Warhammer 40k

If you are wondering if you can purchase Cosmetics in Darktide, the answer is yes. In short, all players can purchase Cosmetics if they wish for in-game gold via the Armory Exchange. Most cosmetics will include both Upper and lower body options and will cost around 12k to 37k or higher to purchase in Warhammer 40k Darktide.
